Training is one of the most important aspects of law enforcement. I will increase department training through the incorporation of current technology, aiming to reduce overall liability.

I have been able to be a full-time taskforce officer where I assisted and lead multijurisdictional operations. I have been a supervisor in the patrol division and operation division. I will deliver high quality leadership and service through enhanced hiring, training, officer development, and employee accountability.
